Tender leg of lamb tastes great

Fry the leg of lamb in a frying pan, giving it a nice, brown crust.

Roast the leg of lamb in the oven at 90 degrees C until the core temperature reaches 63 degrees C (takes about 2 hours, use a cooking thermometer).

Continue to roast the leg of lamb, keeping the core temperature at 63 degrees for 2 hours.


Recommended side dishes to the leg of lamb; creamed mushrooms, red wine broth, asparagus and salted almond potatoes.
